    I enjoy coaching people of all ages, abilities, and event focuses. I believe one of my strengths as a coach is in forming connections and personalizing plans. I deeply value the coach-athlete relationship and the personal relationship an athlete has with their running. I love getting to be a part of an athlete's journey and helping them connect more with their process and help them chase their goals.

  • How did you start running?

    While there have been many highs and lows in my relationship with running, it has constantly filled my life with so much joy, gratitude, passion, purpose, and perspective. I love the way it connects me more deeply to myself, to others, to the planet, and to my spirituality.

  • Tell us an interesting fact/something fun about you?

    I have three dogs who are all better runners than me. They fill me with joy daily and make for some of the best training partners, friends, and teachers. I also love to read and very much consider myself a lifelong student.
