Post-Workout Feedback & Analysis
Get unlimited access to your coach for feedback on your workouts. You have freedom to text and call your coach as often as needed. We use training peaks and sync that to your watch or device to view real time analytics of your training.
Gait Analysis
Improve running efficiency or prevent injuries by sending a video of your running form. We'll review and follow up with exercises to add into your training plan.
Nutrition Consultation
Strategize with a Certified Nutritionist for your build up and race day. We give you a 30,000 foot view of your nutrition and how you can change and improve it moving forward. More in depth nutrition is available by request at an additional cost.
