Specialization as a coach
I enjoy coaching people of all different ages and events. I believe one of my strengths is getting to know my athletes well and figuring out what type of training works best for them. I have loved getting to form relationships with my athletes and working with them through the highs and lows of running and life.
College
Syracuse University: Education and Psychology
How did you start running?
I grew up playing soccer, softball, and gymnastics and would compete in the Hershey Track and Field meets as a kid. I started taking running more seriously in high school and fell in love with the sport and the pursuit of trying to get the most out of myself. Since then, my passion for the sport has only grown. The running community feels like a second family and as a coach, I am loving getting to know more runners and being a part of their journey.
Tell us an interesting fact/something fun about you?
The beach and mountains are my happy place and when I'm done running professionally, I hope to be able to do more hiking and surfing, and maybe trail/ultra running!
Testimonial: Personal Records in Every Distance!
- Brittany, Run Free Athlete
“Under Paige’s coaching, I have PRd in every distance…the mile, 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon, and marathon, with the biggest drop being in the marathon where she took me from 3:18:21 (ran at age 32) down to 2:58:29 (ran at age 39), almost exactly a 20 minute drop!
Paige has done the most amazing work on all my training, and I've loved every minute.
I can't believe it has been 4 years of the most amazing coaching + training + running with her as my coach. Time flies when you're having fun, and I feel like I've reaped the benefits of a 4 year college education in running by learning from Paige. My pockets are so much more full of knowledge and experience thanks to her.
She gave me the challenge I always wanted, always knew the right words of positivity to speak over my doubts, and believed in me from the start when there was no reason any coach would think I could have dropped under 3 hrs for the marathon with my previous running background.
I feel so grateful for the time I’ve had the opportunity to work with her, and very blessed that Jay and Ryan paired us up 4 years ago.”
