How did you become a runner?
Well, as most superhero origin stories there is always a lady involved (not really suggesting that I am a superhero, but not saying I am not either). Will have to share that story in person (just ask or shoot me an email, jay@runfreetraining.com). I love the places and people that running has taken me. My passion is really the people - I love hanging out with runners and seeing them reach their goals!
I am 40 years old and my favorite distance and race to run is the indoor mile. Put me on the track with some spikes (and indoors on a banked track) and I am happy!
